I am still teaching preschool at Aldrich Memorial Nursery School. In May (2009) I just ended my 5th year teaching at Aldrich.
I love my job very much. Although some days are challenging, there is no greater joy than watching children grow, learn and develop. I teach 2 year olds in the mornings and 3 year odds in the afternoons. I do have a couple afternoons off a week to catch up on house stuff. Starting next year I"ll just be teaching in the mornings in the 2 year old classes. This will give me even more time to volunteer (Marshall believes it is my addiction and I need to join a 12 step program for it.) and get the house clean and run the boys to swimming and such!
When I get some free time I like to go scrapbooking. One of my friends and I try to go at least once a month.
